We are excited to share something new with you this week! We filmed the chef cooking Eggplant Parmesan, instead of just taking still pictures.
Watch how the chef makes Eggplant Parmesan from scratch. Each finely sliced eggplant is battered, fried, and then layered with tomato sauce. Finally, top with cheese and bake until melted and bubbly. Serve hot topped with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
